TCS Female Choir 3 (formerly TCS Women’s Choir 3) was founded in 2016. Under the guidance of former conductor 邱怡芸 and current conductor 謝竺晉, the choir won an Excellence Award in the Bel Canto Division of the Hakka Choral Competition at the International Hakka Pop Music Festival in 2018, was invited to perform at the Tokyo International Exchange Music Festival in 2019, and in 2022 gave its first solo concert, “Days of Golden Light” (韶光漫漫), at Chung Cheng Hall, Zhongshan Hall, Taipei.

Driven by a passion for choral singing, TCS Female Choir 3 frequently performs at hospitals, in communities, and at museums. With a youthful, lively character all its own, the choir shares music through song and gives back to the community, bringing energy to the TCS Institute for Choral Arts’ work in choral arts outreach and education.

謝竺晉

謝竺晉 graduated from the Department of Western Music at Chinese Culture University, majoring in voice, and studied with Professors 裘尚芬 and 柴寶琳. As a student, 謝竺晉 received the university's Hwa Kang Youth Award and sang in many large-scale concerts on and off campus. Currently alto section leader and a member of the Taipei Chamber Singers, 謝竺晉 has taken part in international competitions and festivals with the choir many times, sharing in top honors at the International Johannes Brahms Choir Competition in Germany and the Béla Bartók International Choir Competition in Hungary, and in invited performances at the ISCM-ACL World Music Days, the IFCM World Symposium on Choral Music, the Arezzo International Choral Festival in Italy, and the Polyfonia International Choral Festival in France. 謝竺晉 has also coached high school and vocational high school clubs and served as an adjudicator for universities and singing competitions.

From 2008 to 2011, as administrative manager of Taiwan Musical Theatre, 謝竺晉 served as administrative coordinator and executive producer. Productions included “April Rain” (四月望雨, 2008), the first part of its Taiwanese musical trilogy; “Piano Meets Percussion 6+11” (琴逢擊手6+11, 2009), a percussion and piano duo concert by 吳珮菁 and 林佳靜 (nominated for the 8th Taishin Arts Award); “The In-Laws Next Door” (隔壁親家, 2009–10), the second part of the trilogy; and “Spring Breeze of Weishui” (渭水春風, 2010), the third part of the trilogy (commissioned by the Taipei Arts Festival and selected as one of the three major outdoor performances marking the centennial of the Republic of China). From 2011 to 2017, as marketing manager of the Taipei Chamber Singers, 謝竺晉 led the choir's marketing and publicity for many years, upholding the refinement of its brand and the value of arts outreach.

謝竺晉 currently conducts TCS Female Choir 3 and the NCCU EMBA Choir, teaches voice courses at the TCS Institute for Choral Arts, and serves as vocal coach for choirs including the Art Philharmonic Choir, the Control Yuan Qingsheng Choir, and the Yilan Wushilan Philharmonic Choir. 謝竺晉 is also a coach for professional singers, a session vocalist for recordings, and a guest lecturer for corporate and organizational events.

邵瑀凡

Yu Fan Shao graduated from the Department of Music at National Taiwan Normal University, majoring in piano, and holds a master's degree in music education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in piano, conducting, and string education.

Yu Fan Shao has served as collaborative pianist for the Wisconsin Chamber Choir (USA), the Taipei Chamber Singers, the Kuang Ching Choir, the Jinsui Choir, TCS Female Choir, the Chengchung Church Choir, and the Taipei HuaShin Children's Chorus, and has performed in nearly one hundred concerts to date in Taiwan, Japan, Macao, Hong Kong, China, the United States, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, and elsewhere. Yu Fan Shao currently teaches music at Taipei Municipal Chenggong High School.

2023: Education Great Love Outstanding Teacher Award; appointed a Distinguished Teacher by the Department of Education, Taipei City Government, supporting teaching innovation at schools on site.
2022: Fragrance of Education Award, K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education.
2018: Co-authored and edited general senior high school and technical senior high school music textbooks for the 2019 (108) Curriculum Guidelines.
