許詠棻

In 1987, 許詠棻 entered the Department of Music at the National Institute of the Arts (now Taipei National University of the Arts) as a first-choice admission. In 1994, 許詠棻 began a master's degree in oboe performance at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), studying with Peter W.
