Taiwan’s beautiful mosaic: classic memories that belong to all of us. Taiwan’s rich diversity of peoples is the mother of Taiwan and the most essential source of its vitality. Wherever our cultural roots may lie, a mother’s strength and love are the same. Fearlessly devoting themselves to their families and tending this land, mothers hold up an entire generation with boundless tolerance and tenderness, binding heart to heart to create a beautiful new world together.

The concert is woven together by themes including Memories of Taiwan, Colors of Hakka, Colors of Indigenous Taiwan, and Blessings from Afar, featuring not only classic Taiwanese songs but also traditional folk songs from distant lands.

Music is love without distance. On the eve of Mother’s Day, Taipei Chamber Singers will dedicate a rich and diverse program to mothers with the most heartfelt singing, celebrating one warm generation after another.

About Taipei Chamber Singers

Founded in 1992, Taipei Chamber Singers is one of Asia’s leading vocal ensembles. It has won numerous top prizes at major international choral competitions in Europe and has appeared on the stages of important international music festivals in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Working with outstanding Chinese composers from around the world, the choir creates vocal works rich in contemporary artistic thought, speaking to the world with the perfect sound of today.
