The 2nd Sing for Love Choral Composition Competition: Online Outreach Talks

Writing down our hopes for love, singing our blessings for society

Because of love, we care for our society and hope for the future

Through music, we answer the spirit of love with inspiration

With heartfelt intent, notes and words are written

Into one moving song after another

Carrying voices of blessing to every corner

Sung again and again, warming people’s hearts

Becoming a faith in hope, a power that changes the world

The Sing for Love project is dedicated to embedding philanthropy in artistic creation. True to that spirit, the 2nd Sing for Love Choral Composition Competition, under the themes “Taiwan’s Cultural Landscapes” and “Opening the Door to Opportunity,” selected 14 winning works from nearly 100 entries in the Mixed Choir, Equal Voices, Children’s Choir, and Best Lyrics categories.

These talks also invite choral conductors, schoolteachers at every level, ensemble directors, and music lovers to join in promoting Sing for Love and to help these fine works take root. We hope to discover creative talent and choral works, and to keep these songs alive in many voices, gathering and carrying forward their positive energy.
