陳禹

A graduate of the voice track of the master's program in music at National Taiwan Normal University, 陳禹 is currently a doctoral student in the Performance and Composition track at the university's Department of Music. A voice major, 陳禹 has studied with Professor 楊艾琳 since undergraduate years, and is a member of the Chinese Vocal Association (Republic of China) and a singer with the NTCH Opera Studio.

陳禹 has received coaching from international masters including Margo Garrett, Mark Gibson, Ans Verway, John Moore, Jamie Barton, Sasha Cooke, 朱苔麗, 曾道雄 and TATARA Michio.

Honors include selection for the Taipei Symphony Orchestra's 2018 (ROC year 107) Music Talent Pool, New Taipei City Cultural Affairs Department's 2018 Rising Stars of Music, the Vocal Association's 2014 New Talent, first prize in the Vocal Association's 2014 German Lied Competition, and first prize in the master's voice division of the NTNU Concerto Competition in 2012.

陳禹 has also sung leading roles in many opera productions, including Cherubino in “Three Little Pigs” (三隻小豬), Pinocchio in “Pinocchio” (木偶奇遇記), Tisbe in “La Cenerentola” (灰姑娘) and Hänsel in “Hänsel und Gretel” (糖果屋) for the NTCH Opera Studio, and a Flower Maiden (Blumenmädchen) in the National Symphony Orchestra's opera in concert “Parsifal” (帕西法爾).
